Beatrice Dixon is the CEO, Co-Founder, and Chief Innovation Officer of The Honey Pot Company, the first complete plant-derived personal wellness brand made by humans with vaginas, for humans with vaginas.

Bea founded Honey Pot in 2014 after an eight-month battle with bacterial vaginosis inspired her to create a safe, effective vulva wash that became the foundation of the brand. What began as a personal need has evolved into a mission-driven company redefining what inclusive, plant-derived self-care looks like.

"Owning a business is a lifestyle. It takes time, and it takes effort, and it takes thick skin, and it takes love, and it takes patience, and you're going to mess up a lot, and you just have to be willing to get back up and just keep moving. It takes listening. It takes not listening. It takes intuition. It takes on so many forms, because you really have to be in it."

Under Bea’s leadership, Honey Pot has become one of the fastest-growing personal care brands in the U.S., with products now found in 6.9 million+ households and major retailers nationwide. The brand offers a complete collection of plant-derived essentials — from washes, wipes, pads, and tampons to a new body care line that expands its mission beyond the feminine care aisle — all formulated to support comfort, confidence, and wellness for every body.

Beyond product innovation, Bea has made it Honey Pot’s mission to educate, support, and empower humans with vaginas everywhere. Through initiatives like The Pulse Panel, an advisory board of medical and wellness experts, and campaigns that destigmatize periods and intimate wellness, she continues to lead meaningful conversations that promote care and confidence.

Recognized on Forbes’ Top 100 Female Founders, Inc.’s Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs, and Goldman Sachs’ 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs, Bea will release her debut book, The Soul Instinct, in January 2026 — a deeply personal exploration of intuition, purpose, and building a life rooted in authenticity.
